Ad Locations:

Ad positions are sold on a first come; first served basis and the location is negotiable.

Ad Costs:

There are no setup fees if you supply the button, box or banner advertisement. If you would like us to create the advertisement, please contact us via email and provide a link to your site. We will respond with an estimate to create the ad for you.

Our current fees are (paid in advance).

Premium Sponsor:
* $500 for a button add on our home page for a three month period.

Sponsor:
* $40 per month for a text link on our home page.

* $30 per month for a text link on other pages.

There is a 3 month minimum on all options listed above and a 5% discount if you pay for one full year. Fees are non-refundable.

Advertisements Dimensions:

Button ads can be no larger than 120 x 60 pixels and no more than 6kb in size. Animated button ads must be no more than 15kb in file size.

1. Details of this program are subject to change without notice from TitleCompanyScout.com. This includes rates, number of rotational ads for each ad category and other details. Any changes to the program details will be posted on this page.

2. Online advertisements are accepted upon the representation that the advertiser and its agency have the right to publish and display the contents thereof. In consideration of such online publication and display, advertiser and its agency agree to indemnify and hold TitleCompanyScout.com, V2 Design Company, LLC and its affiliates harmless against any expense or loss by reason of any claims arising out of this online publication and display.

3. Positioning of the advertisements is at our discretion.

4. Cancellations or changes in orders must be made in writing (either by e-mail or by mail). All fees must be paid in advance and are non-refundable.

6. All content for advertisements is subject to TitleCompanyScout.com publisher's approval. We reserves the right to reject or change any advertisement, rotation order or position commitment at any time.

7. TitleCompanyScout.com makes no warranty or guarantee about the traffic of our site. Our traffic can increase or decrease in any given month depending on economic factors, seasonal fluctuations, search engine placement and other factors outside of our control. Consequently, TitleCompanyScout.com, V2 Design Company, LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for the performance (impressions, click through or other) of any advertisement under this program.

8. Neither TitleCompanyScout.com, V2 Design Company, LLC and its affiliates shall be liable for any costs or damages if for any reason it fails to electronically publish or display an advertisement. In no event shall TitleCompanyScout.com, V2 Design Company, LLC and its affiliates be liable for any damages, consequential or otherwise, in excess of the amount paid for the advertisement for any reason.

9 The "back" button may not be disabled on any landing page for any of our advertisers. Disabling the "back" button or otherwise making it impossible for users to return to TitleCompanyScout.com when your ad is clicked will result in immediate non-refunded cancellation of the advertisement.

10. Your payment to TitleCompanyScout.com for advertisement under this program is considered acceptance and agreement with the terms and conditions noted above.
